Information about Craniosacral Training<\/h4>\n

The craniosacral system in the body is enclosed by a tough, waterproof membrane (dura mater) that surrounds the brain and spinal cord.<\/p>\n

Within this membrane sheath is the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which bathes our brain and spinal cord.<\/p>\n

An important function of the craniosacral system is the production, circulation, and reabsorption of cerebrospinal fluid.<\/p>\n

CSF is the physiological environment in which our brain and spinal cord develop and live.<\/p>\n

The process of cerebrospinal fluid production and reabsorption within the dura mater creates rhythmic pressure fluctuations. The craniosacral system expands and contracts in a regular rhythm. <\/p>\n

In the event of a dysfunction in this system, it can lead to malfunction, weakness, or diseases of the CNS, which can affect the physiology of the entire body and the psychological structure.<\/p>\n

To detect, perceive and evaluate this rhythm is an essential part of this course.<\/p>\n

Techniques are taught that enable one to palpate and \u2013 if necessary \u2013 influence the interaction of the bone parts and membranes of the body.<\/p>\n
